Anja Stemmer is a painter who creates dynamic, abstract paintings with bright colors and vibrant splashes that convey a strong sense of movement and flow. Her works range between Abstract Expressionism, informal and gestural painting and are non-representational. Thematically, Stemmer focuses on trust in the future and the beautiful moments that arise when the subconscious takes over.

In her art, she experiments with acrylics, spray paints, shellac and charcoal and uses techniques such as pouring and dripping paint as well as traditional brushwork and unconventional tools such as palette knives. Her motto "Dare to dance with chance!" is reflected in her creative process.

Stemmer's works have been shown in numerous exhibitions in Germany, England, Denmark and Austria as well as at contemporary art fairs such as Art Innsbruck, Leipzig Art Fair and Art 3F Paris. She is also featured in the rankings of Artfacts and the Limna App.
