  • What if I am not satisfied with the generated color code?
    If the pre-generated colors don't suit you, you can manually select a different color palette and customize your colors.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Yes, you can cancel or change your order within one hour. Please contact us for more information.

  • What compensation do I receive as an artist?
    You will receive fair compensation for your artwork based on sales success. For each artwork sold, Designah retains a commission of the sales price while you receive the rest.
  • Can I offer and sell my artwork elsewhere?
    Yes, you can also offer and sell the images shown on our site on other online platforms and in physical galleries.
  • Are there any guidelines for the time frame for completing the artwork?
    No, you decide the time frame for your pictures. As soon as an order has arrived, we will contact you and forward the request.
  • How are shipping and returns handled?
    The customer bears the shipping costs. If a customer does not accept the work, solutions are first sought to make adjustments to the painting. If the painting still does not meet the customer's expectations and he does not want it, the artist receives the entire 50% deposit.
  • Can I choose which orders I want to accept?
