Yes, all artwork on Designah is original. We do not sell prints or reproductions.
You can either purchase a finished artwork or commission a custom piece through the art configurator. After confirming the purchase, you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods mentioned on the website.
Finished artworks can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided no alterations have been made. Commissioned artworks cannot be returned.
Yes, you can cancel your order before the artwork is shipped. Please send us a request via email.
Shipping is organized by the artist. Once completed, the artwork is securely packaged and shipped.
Delivery usually takes place 7 to 10 days after receipt of the order. For custom-made items, the delivery time may be longer. The exact delivery time depends on the country of origin and destination.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and are borne by the customer.

No, the consultation is free. Our goal is to help you find the perfect artwork.
That's a wonderful idea! However, choosing the perfect piece of art for someone else can be difficult, even if you know the person well. There are two ways to make sure your gift is extra special:
1. We offer you a personal consultation. Together we discuss the taste and interior of the person receiving the gift in order to create a selection of works of art within your budget.
2. Alternatively, you can give a voucher for a desired amount. Each voucher includes a free 1-hour art consultation for the recipient to help them choose the right work.
You can search for the artist's name in our artist directory. If there are no results, leave us a message with your contact details. We review all searches and contact artists requested by our customers.
The photography on our online gallery is a true representation of the artwork, but is not legally binding. We can send you additional views of the artwork upon request.
Your credit card will be charged at checkout once you confirm your purchase. The payment is authorized and processed by our payment gateway. If you use a debit card, the amount can be immediately deducted from your account balance.
